Bonded washer manufacturer - a simple pressure gasket providing leak-proof sealing from water, gasses, oils and other fluids. EPDM rubber is vulcanized the metal from the zinc plated mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Bonded washers are the cost-effective solution for roofing screw connection.
- EPDM properties are its outstanding heat, ozone and weather resistance.
Quality elastomeric compounding to meet specifications for elasticity, memory, temperature extremes, chemical, ozone, and sunlight-resistance. It has the ability to retain light color. EPDM benefit is not to pollute the runoff rainwater. - Conical design directs flow of facing materials to form a seal conforming to both fastener and sealing surface
Reliable sealing quality for diverse screw. (Roofing, self-taping, self-drilling, tank, slot screws....) - Excellent conductive performance for powder painting screws.

- EPDM heat resistance for 20 minutes:
Black non-conductive EPDM : 170 degrees Celsius (338 Fahrenheit)
Grey EPDM: 150 degrees Celsius (302 Fahrenheit)
Black conductive EPDM: 220 degrees Celsius (428 Fahrenheit) - EPDM Hardness: (customization is available)
Black / Grey non-conductive EPDM: 75 +/- 7 degrees shore A
Black conductive EPDM: 70 +/- 5 degrees shore A
